Who we are

Roxar (roxar.ai) is operated by LYNKX LLC worldwide. In India, payments go through Formula Hub Pvt Ltd. For privacy questions, email hello@roxar.ai.

What we collect

• Account: email address used for sign-in (email OTP), optional display name, and role for admins.
• Chat content: prompts, attachments you upload, model replies, extra-pass metadata, and share snapshots you explicitly publish.
• Units wallet: balance, daily refresh, and a ledger of spend (Units are prepaid Roxar spend for each send).
• Billing: Units pack purchases and payment provider references (Stripe Checkout payment IDs; Razorpay order/payment IDs for India UPI). We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Technical: session cookies for auth, basic request logs, and rate-limit counters to keep the service reliable and safe.

How we use data

We use your data to authenticate you, route and answer prompts, run send, Magic, and exports, maintain your Units balance, process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your conversations.

Third-party model providers

Replies are generated by third-party AI models. Prompts, attachments, and conversation context you send may be processed by those providers under their own privacy policies so they can return an answer. Roxar may change routing or failover models when needed for quality or availability. The public site does not name or brand those models.

Fine print: model requests are typically routed through a gateway that forwards traffic to the underlying model providers. The product UI does not ask you to manage provider keys.

Payments & processors

Stripe processes worldwide card checkout for Units packs. Razorpay processes UPI and related India payments where enabled. Payment processors receive the minimum billing data needed to complete a charge and are controllers/processors of that payment data under their terms.

Authentication

Sign-in is primarily email OTP (one-time code). Codes are short-lived. Sessions are maintained with secure cookies. Do not share OTP codes.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. We do not run a separate advertising pixel network on the core product today. If we add product analytics later, we will update this page and keep collection limited to improving Roxar.

Shares

Message shares (/share/…) and public sample pages (/b/…) are public only when you choose to share. Unshare removes public access for message shares. Do not publish secrets or personal data you are not allowed to disclose.

Retention

Account, chat, and Units ledger records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, dispute, security, and legal obligations. Payment records follow Stripe/Razorpay and applicable tax retention rules. Ephemeral OTP codes expire quickly and are not kept as long-term chat content.

Delete & export

You may request deletion of your Roxar account and associated chat history, or an export of your account data (email, Units summary, and conversation content we hold), by emailing hello@roxar.ai from your signed-up address. We will verify ownership and complete reasonable requests within a commercially reasonable time, subject to legal holds and payment-record requirements. Public share links you created should be unshared first when possible.

International users

Roxar serves users in India and worldwide. Data may be processed in regions where our hosting, model, and payment providers operate. Please review this policy together with our Terms of use.
