We use your data to authenticate you, route and answer prompts, run Battle / Polish / exports, maintain your Units balance, process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your conversations.
Replies are generated by third-party AI models such as Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), and similar. Prompts, attachments, and conversation context you send may be processed by those providers under their own privacy policies so they can return an answer. Roxar may change routing or failover models when needed for quality or availability.
Fine print: model requests are typically routed through a gateway (OpenRouter) that forwards traffic to the underlying model providers. The product UI does not ask you to manage provider keys; Business buyers still receive this disclosure for diligence.
Stripe processes card and worldwide subscription checkout. Razorpay processes UPI and related India payments where enabled. Payment processors receive the minimum billing data needed to complete a charge and are controllers/processors of that payment data under their terms.
Sign-in is primarily email OTP (one-time code). Codes are short-lived. Sessions are maintained with secure cookies. Do not share OTP codes.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. We do not run a separate advertising pixel network on the core product today. If we add product analytics later, we will update this page and keep collection limited to improving Roxar.
Message shares (/share/…) and Battle pages (/b/…) are public only when you choose to share. Unshare removes public access for message shares. Do not publish secrets or personal data you are not allowed to disclose.
Account, chat, and Units ledger records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, dispute, security, and legal obligations. Payment records follow Stripe/Razorpay and applicable tax retention rules. Ephemeral OTP codes expire quickly and are not kept as long-term chat content.
You may request deletion of your Roxar account and associated chat history, or an export of your account data (email, plan, Units summary, and conversation content we hold), by emailing hello@roxar.ai from your signed-up address. We will verify ownership and complete reasonable requests within a commercially reasonable time, subject to legal holds and payment-record requirements. Public share links you created should be unshared first when possible.
Roxar serves users in India and worldwide. Data may be processed in regions where our hosting, model, and payment providers operate. Business buyers should review this policy together with our Terms of use.
