Refund policy

Unused Units bought in the last 14 days can be refunded. Units you have already spent on a send, Magic, or a Job output are not refundable.

Email hello@roxar.ai with the purchase date and the email on the account. Worldwide card refunds are processed by LYNKX LLC. India UPI / Razorpay refunds are processed by Formula Hub Pvt Ltd.

How to request a refund. Open Contact or email hello@roxar.ai with the purchase date and the email on the account. Approved unused-Unit refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
