These terms govern use of Roxar (roxar.ai), operated by Formula Hub Pvt Ltd in partnership with Lynkx LLC for India. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Roxar is a multi-AI chat product. Auto routes your prompt to a suitable model. Battle compares answers side by side. Polish drafts then improves. Paid loops may include PDF / Smart Deck exports. You get one Units meter — not separate subscriptions per model. Business is a SaaS seat for the judgment layer (Battle → Polish → finished file); it is not a grant of Roxar source code, a public developer API, or agency/WhatsApp tooling.
Units are Roxar usage credits / spend budget — the wallet you spend when you send Auto, Battle, Polish, image/file, URL, or PPT turns. Units are not SI measurement units (meters, kilograms, etc.). Rates are shown in-product and on Pricing.
Replies are generated by third-party models such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini (and similar). Prompts and attachments you send may be processed by those providers under their policies. Roxar does not guarantee any single model is available at all times; routing and failover may switch models when needed. Output may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing work before relying on it.
Fine print: requests are typically routed via a model gateway (OpenRouter) to the underlying providers. Provider keys are not exposed in the Roxar product UI.
Paid plans and top-ups are billed in USD via Stripe worldwide where enabled. Razorpay UPI is available for India where live. Unused daily free Units may reset; plan Units follow your billing period. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow applicable law and support review. Chargebacks or abuse may result in suspension.
Access is via email OTP (and limited internal reviewer accounts where issued). Keep your email inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Message shares (/share/…) are opt-in: a public link is created only when you press Share, and you can unshare anytime. Battle share pages (/b/…) show a public snapshot of that battle. Do not share secrets, credentials, or personal data you are not allowed to publish. Shared pages may include Open Graph images (1200×630).
Do not use Roxar for illegal activity, abuse, malware, exploitation of minors, or to violate others' rights. Do not attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, or export quotas. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or create safety risk.
Roxar is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Formula Hub Pvt Ltd and Lynkx LLC disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party model output. Our aggregate liability for paid plans is limited to fees you paid to Roxar in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
