Entity

These terms govern use of Roxar (roxar.ai), operated by LYNKX LLC worldwide. In India, payments go through Formula Hub Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or buying Units you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service

Roxar is a multi-AI chat product. One send picks a model and answers once. Magic is a fine-tune on that answer — review, then enhance into a final deliverable (25 Units). Finished sendable files are the product promise; plain questions stay in chat. You get one Units meter. Buying Units is not a grant of Roxar source code, a public developer API, or agency/WhatsApp tooling.

Units (glossary)

Units are Roxar prepaid spend — the wallet you spend when you send, run Magic, or use image/file, URL, or PPT turns. Rates are shown in-product and on Pricing.

AI providers

Replies are generated by third-party models. Prompts and attachments you send may be processed by those providers under their policies. Roxar does not guarantee any single model is available at all times; routing and failover may switch models when needed. Output may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing work before relying on it.

Fine print: requests are typically routed via a model gateway to the underlying providers. Provider keys are not exposed in the Roxar product UI.

Units & billing

• The only purchase is Units packs: 200 ($2.99), 1,000 ($9.99), and 2,500 ($29.99). There is no Free, Consumer, or Business plan, and no monthly subscription.
• Send is one model, one answer. Magic is a 25 Units fine-tune on that answer.
• A quiet month costs nothing. You buy Units when you use Roxar.

Units packs are billed in USD via Stripe worldwide where enabled. Razorpay UPI is available for India where live. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow applicable law and support review. Chargebacks or abuse may result in suspension.

Authentication

Access is via email OTP (and limited internal reviewer accounts where issued). Keep your email inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Shares

Message shares (/share/…) are opt-in: a public link is created only when you press Share, and you can unshare anytime. Public sample pages (/b/…) show a snapshot you chose to publish. Do not share secrets, credentials, or personal data you are not allowed to publish. Shared pages may include Open Graph images (1200×630).

Acceptable use

Roxar is for business and personal creatives — posters, product shots, fashion, headshots, and normal photo edits. Do not use Roxar for illegal activity, abuse, malware, or to violate others' rights. Do not attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, or export quotas.

• No sexual content or nudity — including undressing, "remove clothes," or sexualized generations.
• No non-consensual edits or deepfakes of real people — do not sexualize or make suggestive edits of someone from an uploaded photo, or create non-consensual deepfakes of named real people.
• Zero tolerance for anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or terminated. To report abuse or a harmful image, email hello@roxar.ai.

Disclaimer & liability

Roxar is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, LYNKX LLC and Formula Hub Pvt Ltd disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party model output. Our aggregate liability for paid Units is limited to fees you paid to Roxar in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
